Simple Master Bath

When this home was purchased, the toilet actually leaked through the kitchen ceiling each time it flushed. This meant the bathroom refresh happened sooner than originally planned, starting with a new toilet.

Over all it was a pretty simple redo, other than the fact the the vanity was built into the wall and some drywall repair needed to be done before installing the new one.

The cabinet above the toilet was painted and the hardware was updated.

The lighting in the bathroom stayed the same but was removed and spray painted silver to match the updated hardware.

The tiled floor was already coming up, so it was replaced with luxury vinyl tile. Using the same vinyl tile in each of the three bathrooms allows for cohesiveness throughout the home and made the supply shopping much simpler.
