Bathroom Refresh
When the house was purchased, the tile shower was in great shape, but the rest of the bathroom was dated and well loved. It was the bathroom no one wanted to use.
After replacing the toilet out of necessity during the first few weeks of owning the house, the rest of the bathroom remained untouched. Finally, around a year later, this bathroom got an inexpensive refresh, costing about $200.
The vanity was painted and the old mirror was replaced with an affordable mirror from T.J. Maxx. The vanity lighting, hand towel holder and toilet paper holder were all purchased as a set from Amazon.
After removing the old linoleum, the floors were replaced with peel and stick luxury vinyl tiles. Spacing and grouting them gave more of a tile appearance.
Since this is the guest bathroom, the basket by the sink holds travel size toiletries. The towels for guests are kept in a basket on the floor.
